Mission/Vision of Safe Harbor Recovery Center

Safe Harbor Recovery Center is a peer-led Recovery Community Center. It is a resource open to anyone who is interested in becoming more engaged in the recovery process, as well as family and friends of those who are still struggling with active addiction. We provide support to all individuals and families impacted by Substance Use Disorder and embrace all pathways to recovery.

 History of Safe Harbor Recovery Center Portsmouth

Safe Harbor Recovery Center began as a grassroots community effort in 2015. Safe Harbor Recovery Center opened its doors on July 12, 2016 with the infrastructural support of Granite Pathways, which is powered by Fedcap.

Services Offered

Overall: Peer Mentoring, Recovery Coaching, Recovery Resource Connection, Peer Support Groups & Meetings, Community Building, Family Support Services, Workforce Development, Yoga, Meditation, Advocacy, Physical Wellness & Sober Lifestyle Activities, Recovery education & training, Telephone Recovery Support Services.

 

Portsmouth Hours:

Regular hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Saturday 8:30 am - Noon, please check our calendar for morning meetings, evening activities, and events.
